We need you!!!
This site is for Baby boomers and anyone who is interested in us. If you are a researcher/journalist then go to links for current information.

The Rudd Government has not progressed much with mature age issues as they have other priorities with the world financial meltdown but as they produce policy then we will include it.

But we are here for you the Baby boomer. We want to advocate on your behalf and we are already highlighting the need for a focus on Mature Age by lobbying for our own government department –Maturelink- which almost happened with the Howard Govt but politics got in the way.

It would be a one stop shop with an emphasis on careers after 50 and not planning for retirement as we do now because we need to think long term working lives to sustain our ageing process.

We want a Mature Age Policy in every workplace so we know what our employer’s policy is, as we

age and we want input into it. We want age care policies that reflect on granny flats and tax subsides for families that care for their own.

And we really want to have some fun as we age and stay healthy.

So welcome to our new site and please get involved. As we do this for love, any financial assistance would be welcome.
